"We enjoyed an interesting factory tour by charming local olive processing people on the salt flats of Tavira. Wine, olive oil marmalade, toast and cheese tastings were included along with a video and answers to all your questions about getting olives from the tree to a jar and onto your dinner table. This is a small group of enterprising women who faced many challenges to keep the business operating during COVID and poor harvests caused by unfavourable temperatures and precipitation.  The tour of their resilient small facility is definitely worthwhile at 15 euros/ adult."
