Helder Madeira was founded in Tavira in 1986 with the goal of preserving traditional Portuguese flavors through the artisanal preparation of olives.
Over the years, it has grown without losing its authenticity, combining traditional methods with modern machinery. Much of the production continues to be made without preservatives, preserving the natural flavors that evoke memories.
